  • Depending on your booking, your experience can include menu planning, ingredient sourcing, preparation, cooking, plating and service, followed by a full kitchen clean-down. Your personalised quote will confirm exactly what is included.

  • Yes. Please provide all dietary requirements and allergies when enquiring. Menus can be adapted where possible, and I take allergen management seriously.

  • Yes. Vegetarian and vegan options can be incorporated into bespoke menus.

  • My cooking is rooted in Caribbean flavours, particularly Jamaican cuisine, with influences from modern and international cooking. Expect bold flavours, thoughtful combinations and a contemporary presentation.

  • Yes. Plated dining is available for private dining and selected events. Service style will be discussed when planning your menu to ensure it works for your occasion, venue and guest numbers.

  • Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received, with the remaining balance due according to the payment terms provided with your booking.

  • Yes. I leave the kitchen clean and tidy following service. This includes cleaning the cooking and preparation areas used during your booking. General household cleaning and washing guests’ personal dishes are not included.

  • I recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends, celebrations and busy periods. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability, so it’s always worth getting in touch.
